Internship description

Position: Summer Intern Analyst

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work directly with senior CDH investment professionals and interact with senior management of CDH portfolio companies.   Your responsibilities will include working closely with CDH investment professionals to evaluate new investment opportunities and monitor existing portfolio companies.  Your day-to-day activities will range from performing valuation analyses and building financial models to conducting industry, business and financial due diligence across different industry sectors in various parts ofChina.  This is a great opportunity for anyone who is interested in gaining experience in China’s PE/RE/Mezzanine and Credit industry. Successful intern(s) will be converted to be full time employee upon graduation. 

Qualifications

CDH is looking for candidates who are studying for master, bachelor and MBA degrees from top universities in China in 2014, preferably majoring in Engineering, Science, Finance and Legal studies.   The ideal profile of our candidates will be individuals who are quick learners, passionate about a career in alternative investments, and have:

• Superior analytical and quantitative skills
• Can do attitude and diligent work ethic
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Strong interpersonal skills and are good team players
