(Assistant ) Architect （助理）建筑师

Position Summary: 

Undertake specific design task in the project team; subject to the plan or arrangement of 

project manager or project architect; be responsible for personal design quality and 

design progress; coordinate with other personnel to complete the design task

Responsibilities:

· Subject to the arrangement of project manager or project architect; coordinate with 

other personnel to complete scheme bidding, scheme setup design, preliminary design and 

construction drawing design

· Willing to share design task that are above the normal difficulty, and guarantee the 

design quality

· Responsible for the assigned design task and coordinate with others

· Do primary calculation of project area, insolation, energy conservation, etc

· Be cooperative in data compilation of periodic reporting

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree or above in architecture or related majors

· Above CET4 level, good command of English listening, speaking, reading and writing

· 0~ 2 years’ design experience in architecture or related fields 

· Proficient in design knowledge on engineering or architecture, 

· Good communication skill and problem solving ability

· Proficient in related design software, such as Tianzheng,  Photoshop、Sketch Up; good command of Microsoft office

· High sense of responsibility and good team work spirit

(Assistant) Landscape Designer  （助理）景观设计师

Responsibilities:

· Provide landscape advice on planning, design and implementation of landscape work 

in residential, commercial and public space projects.

· Develops project work plans and designs advice in response to technical problems 

posed by a project’s scope. Develops innovative solutions to problems that effectively 

address the social, legal, and economic implications. 

· Help project director to prepare presentation document and design report.

· In charge of internal quality control process of project and project financial 

management

· Provide project or task management to develop landscape design and planning concepts 

and translate them into clear and impressive graphic images. 

· Prepare landscape designs, supervise the implementation of works contracts, supervise 

performance of consultants, and carry out landscape related with studies and research.

· Frequently meets with project director, clients and LDI in decision-making role.

· Demonstrates ability to organize and lead supporting design team 

Requirements:

· 0~2 years’ experience as a Landscape Architect, with experience working in China/ 

· Bachelor degree in Landscape Architecture or closely related field is required; 

Master Degree in Landscape Architecture is highly preferred.

· Strong graphic and illustrative capability.

· Promising portfolio of built work which demonstrates technical capabilities. 

· Experience working on medium to large-sized international projects.

· Excellent design, visualization, and graphic skills. 

· Working knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite software etc

(Assistant ) Urban Designer  （助理）城市设计师

Position Summary: 

Urban Designer, Level 3, is a Junior-career position in the design studio. He/she is responsible for the initiation, development,

 and execution of design ideas throughout a project’s lifecycle. This position is expected 

to help manage small to medium size projects, as well as mentoring to more junior staff in 

the design studio.

Responsibilities:

· Provides project management for medium to large scale projects, including budget 

management, ensuring deadlines are met, client management, staff coordination and

 management, and delivery of the final product. 

· Independently evaluate, select, and apply standard urban design techniques, procedures,

 and criteria, using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications on projects.

· Provide project or task management to develop urban design and planning concepts and 

translate them into clear and compelling graphic images. 

· Develop solutions that effectively address the social, legal, and economic implications

 of the physical form; modify and/or review drawings, construction documentation and 

detailing.

· Confer with clients regarding design schemes and implementation. 

· Coordinate and consult with federal, state and local regulatory agencies on scope and 

impact of project when necessary.  

· Assist clients with public hearings or meetings and manages public outreach activities. 

· Manage, prepare, correct and update documents; 

· Manage scopes, schedules and budgets; 

· Prepare for and participate in proposal interviews in addition to agency and client

 coordination and relations. 

· Develop innovative solutions to problems.

Requirements:

· Bachelor Degree in Urban Design or Planning or closely related fields. Master’s 

degree preferred.

· Generally requires 0 to 3 year experience in an urban designer role.

· Strong portfolio of built work which demonstrates excellent technical capabilities.

· Previous experience successfully managing small teams.

· Excellent design, visualization, and graphic skills. 

· Expertise in Adobe Design Collection, and AutoCAD. ArcGIS Suite a plus.

· Strong attention to detail. 

· Excellent organizational skills. 

· Be able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
