   Responsibility:
   Logic & physical Design, Development and Verification of MIPS microprocessor cores and products.
 
   Knowledge/Skills:
   - Basic computer/microprocessor architecture knowledge.
   - Basic digital logic and RTL design skills.
   - Basic knowledge in digital design & verification and testing methodologies.
   - Basic understanding of CMOS VLSI IC design and electronic properties.
   - Basic EDA and CAD tool usage and knowledge.
   - Good programming and scripting skills, such as Verilog, System Verilog, assembler,
     Perl, Shell scripts, C, TCL, Windows Office, ...etc

   Duties:
   - Develop MIPS CPU IP Cores.
   - Design and verification of microprocessor.
   - Develop ASCII implementation flow for soft/hard IP.
   - EDA/Cad and IT support of design flow.
   - Prodcut generation, testing and documentation.

  Requirements:
  - Education  : MS (or higher) in EE or CS.
  - Systems    : Unix, Linux, PC/Windows.
  - Language   : Good English verbal skills plus reading/writing for documentation.
  - Spirit     : Eager to learn. Fast learner with good problem solving skill. Hard working.
                    Good team spirit. Professional with positive attitude.
