Position: Assembly Engineer         

职位：生产工程师

Position summary:

Support production, with the precondition of "uncompromised quality", continues to improve overall equipment efficiency, reduce production cost, and reduce the waste.

Responsibilities：

1. Associate to build up shop floor visualization and related activities

2. Implement and coordinate CIP activities in production

3. People management for CIP operators

4. Troubleshooting with superiors for production related issues 

5. Management of operator qualification skill

6. Monitor assembly line efficiency

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering, technical apprenticeship is preferred

2. Knowledge of improvement-process and methods desired

3. Independently acting, flexible, stress-resistant, practical oriented working method

4. Good spoken and written English

Position: Manufacturing Engineer

职位：制造工程师

Responsibilities:
1. Leading of technical projects, including cross-functional coordination of project related tasks and activities
2. Development of concepts for technical equipment based on product requirements

3. Design of equipment and fixtures, generate of drawings
4. Work out of innovative assembly concepts under consideration of lean production
5. Support and accompany the ramp up of new products and new production processes
6. Optimization of processes and productivity

Requirement:
1. Engineering degree (Master / Bachelor) in manufacturing engineering;
2. Structured working style and experience in project management

3. Initiative, creative, team oriented and communicative personality
4. Very good English skills

5. Good office computer skills (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint,...)
6. Good CAD skills, preferably SolidWorks (3D) and AutoCAD (2D)

Position: R&D Coordination Engineer             

职位：研发协调工程师

Responsibilities:

1. CN coordination of engineering changes and new variant developments

2. Coordinate activities with Quality Assurance and Purchasing departments at STIHL CN regarding new parts release process

3. Evaluation and release preparation of new parts

4. Communicate with local experts and R&D Germany in technical topics

5. Testing coordination including planning, monitoring and evaluation

6. Develop and coordinate improvement measures for new parts quality

Requirements:

1. Master / Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering or similar, preferably with a semester or internship in Germany or Europe 

2. Good communication in English, spoken and written. 

3. Personal skill to lead good communication between STIHL Germany and STIHL CN

4. Knowledge of combustion engines is an advantage

Position: Product Audit/Test Engineer 

职位：产品审核测试工程师

Responsibilities:

1. Perform product (Chain saw, brush cutter, hedge trimmer) audit and test.

2. Develop and maintain audit and testing devices.

3. Lead or support trouble shooting.

4. Maintain audit plan and results, testing data and report. 

5. Carry out other tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or master degree in mechanical majoring in engineering. 

2. Major in internal combustion engine. 2-stroke gasoline engine is preferred. 

3. Very good communication skills both in English and Chinese. 

4. Good drawing and computer knowledge.

5. Serious, systematic, initiative and creative working attitude is desired.

Position: Quality Engineer          

职位：质量工程师

Responsibilities:

1. Lead assembly line inspector team

2. Conduct survey, establish and supervise the implementation of the correction measures, trouble shooting

3. Follow and confirm Engineering Change technical implementation

4. Implement the inspection plan for assembly processes

5. Conduct workplace audit

6. Offer guidance and correction for the measurement instruments

Requirements:

1. Bachelor/ Master degree with major in mechanical engineering

2. Experience in metrology inspection methods, SPC and FMEA

3. Good communication skills both in Chinese and English

4. Good computer skills

5. Independent, flexible and teamwork spirit

Position: Supplier development Engineer       

职位：供应商发展工程师

Responsibilities:

1. Lead APQP activity for new parts introduction with supplier;

2. Work with material planner for trouble shooting;

3. Supplier quality system audit and process audit.

4. Supplier manufacturing process improvement.

5. Sample order and tooling order issue out;

6. Lead the Cost Reduction Projects to reduce the current parts price;

7. Cost analysis and price maintenance.

Requirements

1. Bachelor/ Master degree, major in Mechanical Engineering;

2. Good command of English skills, both written and oral;

3. Good communication skill & negotiation / analysis skill;

4. Project management & SAP experience is preferred;

5. Team work player, target oriented;

6. Be able to travel frequently;
