Job Responsibility:
1. Maintain Global HR System
2. Give system training and test to local HR
3. Push local HR to maintain HR System timely and correctly
4. Sove system issues raised by local HR and users
5. Prepare HR system development requirement and to make the system development project can be finished as schedule
6. Give support and proposals on HR system projects
7. Prepare monthly HR report and help to analysis the KPI data
8. Other related work to be assigned

Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above,major in Finance,IT,HR is preferred
2. Excellent English skills,both in oral and written
3. Self-motivated,result-oriented
4. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
5. Good understanding at HR systems or be familiar with SAP HR system is a plus.
