职位空缺：猎头顾问培训生（制造业方向、IT通信方向）
服务对象：世界500强、外企、大中型央企、国企、民企
需求人数：16人
工作地点：广州 （东风中路268号广州交易广场7楼，地铁纪念堂站D1出口）
职位描述：
1. 通过有效营销活动和良好的客户服务开发新客户，维护现有客户；
2. 运用适当的销售技巧，准确分析客户的招聘需求，赢得新业务；
3. 寻访中高级人才并与之保持良好关系；
4. 通过有效的筛选和面试为客户挑选合适的候选人；
5. 为客户和候选人完成良好匹配；
6. 为客户和候选人提供售后服务；
7. 公司安排的其他业务。
职位要求：
1. 统招本科或硕士学历，性别不限，专业不限；
2. 适应力强，稳定性好，愿意在中高级人才推荐行业长期发展；
3. 中英文良好（理工科专业，英文口语水平可适当放宽）；
4. 沟通技巧和客户服务技巧良好；
5. 具有强烈实现个人成就的意识；
6. 能积极应对挫折和压力，乐于接受挑战；
7. 优秀的学习能力，及逻辑辨析能力；
8. 自我驱动，结果导向；
9. 良好的团队意识，注重团队合作。

拓展对象：世界500强、外企、大中型央企、国企、民企

工作地点：广州 （越秀区东风中路268号广州交易广场7楼，地铁纪念堂站D1出口）
岗位职责：
A. 分析制造工业及IT通信行业市场行情；
B. 筛选潜在优质客户；
C. 制定业务拓展方案，销售策略，最终取得战略性合作；
D. 维护客情关系。
岗位要求：
A. 快速学习能力；
B. 有猎头工作经验、销售工作经验优先；
C. 喜欢有挑战性工作，在业务能力上精益求精；
D. 愿意在中高级人才推荐行业长期发展；
E. 统招本科或硕士学历，性别不限，专业不限；(统招本科及以上学历必须)；
F. 中英文良好，英语四级以上（理工科专业，英文口语水平可适当放宽）。
