西门子工业自动化招销售助理实习生
工作地点：上海市大连路500号西门子上海中心
What are my responsibilities?
1. Give office daily support for MTS team.
2. Initiate Travel Applications/Travel Expense Claim and General Expense Claims ,travel reimbursment for managers.
3. Do GR in One SRM.
4. Assist PPT/excel report for managers. 5. Maintain the SPV with good performance6. Organize and coordinate internal/externalmeetings and workshops 7..Support RE 4 MTS teams, corporate withBA,RE territories and other corporate departments8. Car/meeting room/biz lunch booking andmail/ems pick up and so on.9. and Other temporary task
实习期为 2013-11 到2014年8月，需连贯，每周保证有三天实习时间。要求：
在校大学生，在校研究生都可；
英语六级；
熟悉office软件，outlook，word，excel and ppt;
工作勤恳，实干，好学。
