职位：

Trainee for Projects Engineering department 实习生（项目工程部）

职位描述

1. Support Project Engineers team on projects management: prototypes planning and making, raw material approval, create documentation (work instructions for prototypes, work instructions for manufacturing, visual aids, etc), prototypes testing, process definition, processes improvement, projects automation, industrialization, etc

2. Participate on problems solving (Engineering, Production, Quality)

3. Any other task assigned by immediate superior.

任职要求

1. Last year on a degree in Industrial Engineering (Electric, Electronic, Automation and/or other related fields).  

2. Basic knowledge on inductive components (mainly power applications)

3. Good knowledge on test equipments, measurement methods and instrumentation.

4. Basic knowledge on Quality : quality management system (ISO), quality assurance, problems solving.

5. Basic knowledge on quality tools : PFD, FMEA, Control Plan, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, 8D, etc.

6. Basic knowledge on manufacturing processes.

7. Able to participate on automation projects, design of tools, fixtures and gauges  required on manufacturing and testing processes.

8. Able to work on a multinational and multicultural and environment.

9. Basic design knowledge on inductive components valuated.

10. Willing to learn and accept responsibilities

11. Team work ability. Proactive. Hard worker. Ability to work under pressure.

12. English language, medium level. Able to communicate, written and spoken.

13. MS Office, mechanical and electrical design (AutoCAD, Solidworks), PCB design.
