PURPOSE OF POSTION (岗位的目的)
The Administrator is responsible for maintaining day to day accounting, administrative and personnel services in order to meet company requirements and support business operations.

SCOPE (工作范围)
The Administrator reports to the Director of Finance and is responsible for assisting
with maintaining cash controls supervising the payroll and personnel administration, purchasing, maintaining accounts payable and managing office operations. The Administrator must work within municipal policies and procedures and in compliance with all Territorial Acts and Legislation. (行政是向财务总监回报。负责协助维持现金管理,监督工资发放及协助人事管理,采购,维护账户支付和办公室管理和操作。所有的行政工作必须符合公司规章制度以及法律要求)
RESPONSIBILITIES (责任)
1. Finance Related :
· Assist with preparation of the budget .
· Cash management daily.
· Assist with the annual audit .
· Maintain financial files and records .
2. Office administrative:
· Manage the filing, storage and security of documents .
· Manage the repair and maintenance of computer and office equipment .
· Supervise customer services and respond to customer inquiries
· Manage the daily shipment and local delivery.
· Assist with the preparation of suppliers' contract.
3. Executive Assistant:
· Performs administrative duties for executive management.
· Responsibilities may include making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and financial data, training and supervising other support staff, and customer relations.
· Requires strong computer and Internet research skills. Also calls for flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
4. Team administration
· Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, filing, and faxing. Extensive software skills are required, as well as Internet search abilities and strong communication skills.

Knowledge required:
The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:
· Essential accounting learning background
· The working experience of cashier.
· Office administration.
· Team building.
· Accounting and bookkeeping
Skills required:
· Analytical and problem solving skills
· Decision making skills
· Effective verbal, listening and written communications skills
· Computer skills including the ability to use office software.
· Stress management and time management skills
Personal Attributes :
The incumbent must maintain strict confidentiality in performing the duties of the Administration
Officer. The incumbent must also demonstrate the following personal attributes:

The Administrator must would normally attain the required knowledge, skills and attitudes through completion of a Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration and/or completion of second level of a recognized accounting program combined with related financial experience.
