Telecommunication SW Design and Test Engineer（青岛）

 

Job Description:

1.    Contribute to Telecommunication products evolution and development strategy

2.    Responsible for software system engineering, software development and validation testing. Coding program and test standard compliance/evolution, according to new customer requested or innovated functionality in R&D organization.

3.    Technical support for issues reported from customer sites, replicate the site failures in R&D laboratory environment to isolate faults and perform in-depth investigation, provide solution and code change against software bug.

 

Qualifications:

1.    Education background:  Bachelor, Master or above. Major in Telecommunication, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mathematics, or related.

2.    Specific Skills, knowledge and competencies:

-    Basic knowledge of Telecommunication System and Protocol knowledge

-    Good programming expertise in Linux/Unix

-    Good expertise in software development and testing with C/C , JAVA

-    Good knowledge of software development process, software product life cycle. Software methodologies such as OOD and UML is preferred

-    Basic knowledge of embedded systems and real time application development is preferred

3.    General competencies:

-    Proactive & Initiative

-    Able to work effectively under pressure

4.    Language Ability: CET-6 minimum, Fluent in both oral and written English

5.    Plus:

-    End to end network architecture and solution design experience is a plus

-    Experience in advanced technology area such as LTE/Mega Data/Cloud/Ultra Broadband Access/IP/OTN/PTN is a plus

 

 

● System Integration Test Engineer – Fixed Network（青岛）

Job Description:

1.   Engage in the process of system integrate test and automation test for Alcatel-Lucent access network products.

2.    Responsible for Feature requirement analysis, test case design/optimization and execution, defect report and tracking in test projects.

3.    Set up and maintain test environment in test projects.

4.    Develop new test method/tools to improve test efficiency and effectiveness.

5.    Provide training and field support to customer.

 

Qualifications:

1.    Education background:

-    Master in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Telecom or equivalent

2.    Specific Skills, knowledge and competencies:

-    Basic concept of Access network technology

-    Good knowledge about TCP/IP network and protocols is mandatory

-    Good knowledge about routing and switching is preferred

-    Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills

3.    General competencies:

-    Proactive & initiative

-    Good communication and presentation skill in both Mandarin and English.

-    Open-minded, good team work spirit

-    Desire to learn new technologies and good self-study ability.

4.    Language Ability:

-    Fluent in both oral and written English; 

5.    Plus:

-    Knowledge of Perl, TCL, Python script programming

-    Familiar with R&D product life cycle and test techniques

-    IPv6, Multicast, MPLS, QoS and/or routing and switching certifications
