Position：APAC Tendering Support Intern - Shanghai
Location：Jinqiao, Shanghai (with shuttle buses to cover most areas)
Job Description:
Location: Shanghai
Duration: 6 months and more is expected
Mission:
Candidate will assist the tendering team in various phases of tendering management such as, making automated excel tool for APAC countries
Interact with technical staff and team management in developing business go-to-market strategies in support of project specific goals
Act as a technical-to-business language translator and communicator
Assist in the establishment of marketing, sales, channels and pricing plans
Qualifications:
Studies: Master's Degree in Telecom or related
Languages: English/Chinese
IT tool wise:
ü Microsoft Office (High skill dealing with various Excel functions is required)
ü MS-SQL (Mandatory)
ü DB structure / Query
ü ODBC & MS Access (Mandatory)
ü Visual Basic (optional)
Skills:
ü Ability to work in a face-paced environment, and highly capable of juggling multiple projects all under tight deadlines
ü Self-starter and think outside the box
ü Analytic and Synthetic skills
ü Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
ü Flexible, ability to take direction well and adaptable to change
