ZTE Corporation, established in 1985, is a leading global provider of telecommunications equipment and network solutions. It is listed in both Shenzhen and Hong Kong Stock Exchange and is China’s largest listed telecoms equipment company. PT ZTE Agribusiness Indonesia, established in 2009, is a wholly owned subsidiary of ZTE Corporation. We focus on palm oil plantation with a vision to establish integrated operations from plantation to downstream edible oil products in Indonesia. Through acquisitions, we have 2 plantations through 4 JV subsidiaries with local Indonesian business partners for palm oil plantations for more than 30,000 Ha in West Kalimantan and Central Kalimantan.
We are actively expanding our plantation area through both green field of new planting and acquisition, aiming to have 50,000 - 100,000 Ha planted palm plantation by 2015 and 100,000 - 200,000 Ha planted in Indonesia by 2020.
We are inviting ambitious and energetic young candidates to join our 2014 Management Trainee Program which is specially designed and programmed to train our talented professionals who will be put to key management positions in Indonesia. We are looking for new graduates with strong interest to work overseas, passion for high achievement and pursuit for a successful career development with the following backgrounds:
