招聘岗位：Finance Rotation Trainee

Job Description：

 

FP&A

• - Perform various business and market analysis projects to help identify risks and opportunities for the company;
• - Design and build financial models to assist in the development of business forecasts;
• - Track and perform variance analysis on actual results compared to forecasts;
• - Prepare material to be presented to various members of business unit and Corporate senior management;
• - Be involved in the forecasting and budgeting process.

Treasury

• - Analyze foreign currency exposure and risk management;
• - Execute operational FX trades to support liquidity requirements;
• - Assist in the oversight of various hedge programs and hedging tools;
• - Engage in special projects and reporting responsibilities in Cash Management Operations;
• - Execute and report interest rate derivatives.

Tax

• - Prepare transfer pricing reports for Governmental entities;
• - Account for net operating losses and valuation allowances;
• - Maintain the Flash Cash Tax Report.

Controlling

• - Consolidate and analyze reporting on a monthly / quarterly basis;
• - Track and perform variance analysis on actual results compared to forecasts;
• - Engage in technical accounting projects;
• - Engage with non-business functions to drive businesses performance improvements;
• - Perform analysis for investments;
• - Ad-hoc reporting for the business leadership.

Internal Audit

• - Assist in developing the scope and planning documentation for future audit engagements;
• - Perform walkthroughs and testing of operational areas including manufacturing, procurement and order management;
• - Conduct interviews with management personnel to map processes, identify risks and perform control testing;
• - Prepare reports for presentation to senior management.

 

GRADUATES AS TRAINEES for the Finance Rotation Programs - A leadership development opportunity

 

An intensive, two-year entry-level program spanning over 4 rotational assignments, based throughout various locations in China. The program combines job assignments with trainings and leadership exposure opportunities in Finance function.

 

What you will expect

 

• - All important finance functions for you to choose: Accounting, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Operation Finance, etc.
• - Will be located in different departments with different locations: TE China Corporate Finance Headquarter, BU's Asia Pacific Headquarter, Plant Finance Department, etc.
• - Blended learning activities will be assigned: on-job learning, Finance technical learning, leadership foundation workshop
• - Mentored by senior finance leader
• - Exposure in front of global/regional finance executives
• - Build up relationship with all finance departments

 

Candidate Profile

 

• - Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance or Accounting , and excellent academic record
• - Strong career aspiration and commitment in Finance function
• - Various Internship experience in MNC
• - Fluency in English
• - Flexibility and mobility within China
• - Excellent analytical and conceptual abilities
• - Outstanding critical thinking, learning agility
• - Demonstrate integrity, accountability and teamwork
