GRADUATE TRAINEE PROGRAM The Graduate Trainee Program is designed as a program to attract talent to the organization to meet its future growing needs. The program is also designed to bring awareness of Louis Dreyfus Commodities to leading universities as a means of attracting talent to the organization. The program is an investment by the company to develop talent and fast track individuals into a designated field.

POSITIONS FOR GRADUATE TRAINEE PROGRAM

We provide graduate trainee positions on Commercial Track, Operations Track, Industrial Track, Finance Trackto 2014 graduates in this program, starting from July 2014, lasting for 12 months. 我们为2014年应届毕业生提供商业培训生、运营培训生、工业培训生、财务培训生等岗位。项目从2014年7月开始，为期12个月。

 

COMMERCIAL TRACK商业培训生
为了向这家超过160年历史的世界500强跨国贸易公司的核心业务团队持续输送优秀人才，商业培训生将在12个月的时间里，在包括现货期货交易、产品和市场分析、市场、物流、采购以及合同执行等方面接受全面和系统性的培训。在经过数月的培训和评估后，商业培训生将被分配在适合自己发展的职位上。即使在其后2到4年的时间里，您仍有机会在其他的职位上轮岗。本岗位的工作地点为北京、上海或公司可能安排的其他地点。
PREFERRED MAJOR参考专业（原则上不限专业）：国际贸易、经济学、数学、统计学、金融学、管理类或其他专业。

 

OPERATIONS TRACK运营培训生
物流和商务执行是公司运营的重要基础和保障，是将"Transaction"转化为"Cash"的关键环节。运营培训生将在公司的上述两个部门接受系统性培训，并有机会全面了解公司各业务平台的知识和运营模式。本岗位的工作地点为北京或公司可能安排的其他地点。
PREFERRED MAJOR参考专业：国际经济与贸易、经济管理、物流管理，以及其他经济或贸易类专业。

 

INDUSTRIAL TRACK工业培训生
工业培训生将在公司下属的精炼糖厂、油脂压榨厂和果汁厂等地轮岗工作，通过系统性地学习工厂生产经营中各个部门和环节的知识，让一名应届毕业生初步具备成为未来工厂管理人员的能力。本岗位的工作地点为河北霸州、陕西三川、江苏张家港、广东东莞和福建漳州等地。
PREFERRED MAJOR参考专业：食品科学与工程、机械和自动化、机电一体化、环境和安全类、工业工程或其他相关专业

 

FINANCE TRACK财务培训生
财务部全面负责这家跨国贸易公司运营所涉及的会计、税务、信用审查、资金管理、财务及营运控制等方面的工作。作为财务培训生，将广泛接触财务部上述各个领域的工作，详细了解每一个组成部分的工作内容，让一名应届毕业生初步具备成为未来财务管理人员的能力。本岗位的工作地点为北京、广东东莞、福建漳州或公司可能安排的其他地点。
PREFERRED MAJOR参考专业：会计学、财务学、金融学、统计学、经济学或其他相关专业

 

HUMAN RESOURCE TRACK 人力资源培训生
人力资源部致力于向公司和全体员工提供高质量的人力资源服务。人力资源培训生将在包括薪酬福利、招聘、员工培训和发展、绩效管理和员工关系管理等方面获得系统性培训，并有机会参与到人力资源部的各个项目中来，为自己的职业生涯打下坚实基础。本岗位的工作地点为北京或公司可能安排的其他地点。
