Our company provides Trainee a comprehensive training program, including internship in different positions, Asia-Pacific Academy training, project task and coaching to help the Trainee become the backbone of the management team.

a) 2014年全日制应届大学本科毕业生及硕士毕业生
Bachelor or Master Degree to be graduated in 2013
b) 人力资源、经济类、法律、管理学、市场营销、机械工程、计算机、自动化、电子、质量管理、工业工程和电气工程等相关专业。
Major in Human Resource Management, Economics, Law, Management, Marketing, Mechanism, Computer Science, Automation, Electronics, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related.

Strong learning ability and willing to work under pressure
d) 出色的沟通能力、人际交往能力以及解决问题的能力

Trainee-Technical Function Program 公司提供近1年半包括实习在内的完善的培训计划,包括不同岗位实习,亚太区培训学院学习,项目实践、教练辅导等,致力于培养技术培训生成为电梯研发、现场、安装及维修的技术管理人才。
Our company provides Trainee a comprehensive training program for 1.5 year, including internship in different positions, Asia-Pacific Academy training, job practices, field practices, project task and coaching to develop the Trainee into the technical management talent on elevator's R&D, installation, repair and maintenance.
