蒂森克虏伯电梯十分看好中国市场，早在1995年和1999年就分别在中国广东中山和上海松江成立了两家电梯和扶梯工厂，目前在中国有50多家分公司，2家产品生产基地，和超过6000名专业的电梯从业人员，公司业务正呈不断扩张的趋势。2008年蒂森克虏伯电梯在上海松江成立了永久性培训基地——亚太培训中心，致力于为公司全体员工提供系统化的培训。
ThyssenKrupp Elevator is ready to expand its Chinese market，setting two elevator and escalator factories in Zhongshan, Guangdong and Songjiang, Shanghai, China, separately in 1995 and 1999. At present, the company owns more than 50 branches and 2 plants, over 6000 professional employees with the expanding trend. In 2008, ThyssenKrupp Elevator set down the permanent Training Center-Asia Pacific Training Center-SEED Campus, in Songjiang Shanghai, in order to provide the systematic training for staff and management board.

岗位职责：

1. 为公司未来发展储备人才,培养技术培训生成为现场、安装、售后服务、质量安全等的技术骨干；
