EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS (COMPANY FIT/JOB FIT)
Design and deliver powerful, extensible and scalable ERP solutions for global small enterprises
Deliver features and innovations to SAP customers or partners in small enterprises. Assume ownership of end-to-end tasks in the full product development life cycle - from Spec comprehension, Design, Coding, to Unit testing and Stabilization and Maintenance.
Communicate and collaborate with global product management and global support team to deliver the requirements in time and with quality

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES (SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE)
Key Requirements:
Master degree or PhD of computer science or related
Proficient in at least one of following programming languages: C/C++, Java, C#, JavaScript
Strong analysis, design, coding and trouble shooting skills
Solid knowledge in OO principle and design pattern
Familiar with one of popular RDBMS with SQL programming skills
Well organized, self-manageable, responsible, good interpersonal skills with team work spirit
Creative & innovative and fast learning capability, has passionate on new technologies and tools
Customer focus with strong quality first mindset
Language Skills:
Fluent English (written & oral)
CET-6 certification
Beneficial Skills:
ERP relevant knowledge, such as Accounting, CRM, Inventory
Internship experience in a multinational corporation
Development experience on commercial software projects.
