Job Title：Test Engineer
Location：Shanghai
Responsibility：
l Define test strategy with R&D in terms of test coverage and Industrialization target
l Co-develop manufacturing/testing spec
l DFM/DFT analysis
l Develop test platform(HW, SW, fixture, tool, etc.) and test process
l Write test specification including Test Plan, Test Cases, Test Report
l Execute test cases, analyze test result, report test result on schedule.
l Ensure the performance and stability of test solution according to Industrialization target
l Deliver test design report, operation/maintenance manual, material list, etc. to process team
l HW/SW improvement & evolution
l Support on critical issues occurred during volume production
Qualifications：
n Education Background
Bachelor or above, major in Telecom Communication, Computer science,
Industry engineering,E.E. and Software Engineering, etc.
n Skills
1. Experienced in school projects or industry intern: wireless related SW/system or subsystem testing or development is a big plus.
2. Familiar with C/C++, or database development.
3. Understanding and practice of test methodology and quality processes.
4. Good communication skills and team work spirit.
5. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with proven system debugging skills
6. Accountable, self-motivated and autonomous at work
7. Fluent in English and Mandarin
8. Capability to adapt rapidly in a challenging job environment.
