PT ZTE Agribusiness Indonesia, established in 2009, is a wholly owned subsidiary of ZTE Corporation. We focus on palm oil plantation with a vision to establish integrated operations from plantation to downstream edible oil products in Indonesia. Through acquisitions, we have 2 plantations through 4 JV subsidiaries with local Indonesian business partners for palm oil plantations for more than 30,000 Ha in West Kalimantan and Central Kalimantan.
We are actively expanding our plantation area through both green field of new planting and acquisition, aiming to have 50,000 - 100,000 Ha planted palm plantation by 2015 and 100,000 - 200,000 Ha planted in Indonesia by 2020.
