Position Title: Research Technician 实验室技术员
Work Location: Zizhu Park, Shanghai 紫竹工业园区，上海
Job Responsibilities 工作职责
Primary Responsibilities 主要职责:
- In compliance with assigned work order, to operate equipment in the process halls for product demonstration and / or equipment in the laboratories for product analysis for data generation
- 按照工作订单，操作加工设备来制备及展示样品，或操作实验室测试仪器来分析产品得到各类数据
- Record all data accurately and in compliance with relevant management systems including OIMS and DIAF
- 严格遵守公司安全及质量管理体系准确如实记录所有实验数据
- Carry out daily operations checks and maintenance on equipment to ensure high degree of operability and reliability
- 执行日常设备仪器的检查维护，保证设备的完好及运行稳定性
- Responsible for ensuring that the Operating & Maintenance Procedures for the equipment assigned to him / her are kept current and accurately represents the conditions under which the equipment operates. If not, he / she should initiate the appropriate management of change to enable the procedure to be revised, reviewed and approved in a timely manner
- 确保设备操作维护程序准确有效性，如有出入，应保证操作维护程序的检查更新和批准能及时完成
Primary Activities 主要工作:
- Abide by all safety, security and Controls procedures and practices to ensure site security and Controls, personal safety and safety of co-workers and visitors

- Operate equipment in accordance with prescribed operating procedures and protocols in a safe and environmentally sound manner

- Carry out operations checks on equipment to ensure equipment consistently has high level of operational reliability. Report if equipment reliability, accuracy or calibration is under suspicion

- Review and propose update of operational procedures as needed
- 按要求审阅及更新操作程序
- Provide accurate data to Product and Application Technology Engineers relevant to the task at hand
- 提供准确数据给产品及应用技术工程师
- Comply with all OIMS systems including issuing of work permits under OIMS 6.2 Work Permit
- 遵守安全运营管理体系包括工作票流程等
- Under the guidance of the Laboratory Supervisor, work in partnership with Product and Application Technology Engineers / equipment owners to develop and implement testing programs

Requirements of Candidates 候选人基本要求
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or Science
- 理工科本科学历
- Good command of English in reading comprehension and writing. Ability to converse in English will be an asset

- Strong personal integrity and work ethics

- Good interpersonal teamwork skills while also being an independent worker and self-motivator
