具体要求： 1. Undergraduate or post-graduate degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation & Robotics Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Control (Electrical) Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, Management Engineering, Finance etc. 2. Effective bilingual in English (CET-6) and Chinese. Shown ability to work with different culture and geographical locations 3. Ability to conduct data analysis with proper methods and application software. 4. Posses more than three of the following characteristic: - Ability to learn and focus on personal development - High tenacity and able to work under pressure - Good inter-personal skills and ability to communicate effectively - Drive for results and performance oriented - Shoulder responsibility and accountable for own action - High integrity, strong commitment and highly motivated to pursue career in MFLEX - Team work and collaboration 5. Participate in our 2-year Cadre program with 4 job rotations (half year each) to familiarize with Manufacturing and Engineering Operations of FPC/A in China. As a result of such rotations, be a versatile technical leader ready for key jobs in any department, function, and location (Suzhou and Chengdu) at the end of second year. 2.Ready to acquire new technical skills in an accelerated learning manner during the 2 year program with on-the-job assignments, work exposure, improvement feedback and training classes. 3.Take on job assignment provided by the rotation department and be responsible to complete it within specific time. 4.Work with all colleagues during the 6 month rotation and build net
