JOB DESCRIPTIONS Working Relationships l Internal – Business unit head, research mid- senior management, research executive, supervisor or other departments relevant managers and staff l External – Paraprofessional person with key accounts and regular projects coordinator Projects Research l Conduct market, industry, and company level analysis, research and review l Support proposal and report writing l Grasp and understand what is explained quickly throughout the whole project procedure l Quick learner and can think out of box l Make PPT charting in a skillful and smart way l Provide sufficient and effective assistance in research projects to Sr. Executive or Managers on ground research work l Open to Business travel if necessary Operation Coordination l Coordinate well with FLD/DP/QC on research projects l Keep informed well about project status and take ownership for the project l Do simple costing as per instruction Client Service l Composed, professional react to requests and tasks in a timely manner l Communicate with internal colleagues and external clients on projects well in both of English and Mandarin l Good in filing, tracking, follow up and documentation Others l Willing upgrade skillsets as per job requirement l Self-motivated, proactive while facing new challenges ?
