Function: 客户服务

 

Responsibilities:

职责范围:

·         Own customer satisfaction & service quality KPIs for assigned account

以顾客对于服务的满意度为工作考核标准

·         Provide service support to team members as required

根据要求给团队其他成员提供服务支持

·         Develop and maintain good relationships with customers

发展维护良好的客户关系

·         Plan and deliver assigned service to customers with high quality, including Installation Preventive Maintenance

制定高质量的专业服务计划,包括器械的安装/维护/故障排除

·         Prepare and provide kinds of Service Report on an accurate and timely basis

·         及时地提供各种准确的服务报告

·         Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills.

参加培训,发展相应的知识技能

·         Other tasks assigned by team & company

完成其他部门和团队安排的任务

·         Work professionally and effectively to maintain a high installation quality

专业有效地完成高质量的安装

·         Communicate and work with service support engineer to raise VIPER case and solve difficult technical challenges

与售后支持工程师协作完成VIPER(系统)案例并且解决复杂的技术问题

·         Maintain and improve customer satisfaction to keep high IQCS(客户满意度)

维护并且提高顾客满意度

·         Adopt team spirit to make sure whole team deliver same service quality

明确团队协作精神确保团队全体的服务质量

 

 

 

Requirements:

职责要求:

·           Bachelor degree inElectronics or equivalent in electrical engineering, especially for Bio-Medical Engineering profession.

本科学历，电子类或电气工程相关专业，生物医学工程专业最佳

·           Strong technical knowledge on Healthcare products

扎实的技术知识和医疗产品知识。

·           Strong communication skilland Open mind to share with others

良好的沟通能力，乐于和其他人分享经验

·           Attitude Initiative, Positive, and Optimism,

态度积极主动，乐观向上

·           Clear and logic thinking

清晰的逻辑思维

·           Ability to handle multi tasks, against higher work pressure.

有处理多种问题的能力，能够抵抗较高的工作压力

·           Good execution skill

良好的执行能力

·           Excellent English skill in reading, writing and speaking

优秀的英语听说读写能力

·           Willing to take responsibility
