A&C English Course Consultant provides the A&C English Experience to potential parents through a comprehensive solutions oriented demonstration and sales process. Once a parent has enrolled and becomes a member of the A&C English Center the Course Consultant maintains a strong relationship with the parent and learner to develop a long-lasting relationship with A&C English.

- Work closely with the operations and academic teams to deliver the A&C English Experience to both new and

existing parents to support monthly and quarterly center sales target achievement.

- Follow up with potential customer by telephone to schedule appointments and confirm appointments.
- Introduce A&C English course contents and teaching methodology to parents in strict accordance with A&C

English sales process and policies.

- Invite parent referrals to join A&C English
- Create and maintain accurate customer profiles within Sales System.
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents, as needed helps parents solve issues.
- Provide on-going feedback to the Center Manager in regards to center sales strategy and tools

- Support marketing activities in and outside of the center to enroll new parents into A&C English programs.
- Maintain a professional and polished A&C appearance at all times.
- Punctual to all scheduled shifts

Job Qualifications 职位资格:
— 1 year minimum sales related work experience, with children's related business as a plus.
— A passion for working with children and their families / caregivers; Understand kid parent's experience and kid

  education.

— College degree or above required;Basic computer skills including MS Word and Excel.
— Basic spoken and written English

Position: Course Consultant Team Leader 课程顾问主管

Reports to: Center Manager
Job Purpose

A&C English Course Consultant Team Leader is responsible to oversee all day-to-day center sales activities for A&C English Language Learning Center. The Course Consultant Team Leader is in charge of leading, managing and coaching a team of Course Consultants to develop strong relationships with potential guests to achieve monthly center new enrollment sales targets by daily/ weekly sales performance review, sales process management, and provide immediate support in Course Consultant's routine work issues. The team leader will also be responsible to an individual new enrollment sales target as well.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop a monthly/weekly sales plan to achieve the course consultant team's sales objectives
- Daily sales team management
- Tracking and monitoring of individual course consultants KPI's including appointments bookings, appointment confirmations, appointment show up (total/ratio), and total enrollments (total/ratio) ensuring that they meet key benchmarks
- Provide daily support to course consultants to carefully plan each appointment and coach through role playing and sharing best practices
- Manage course consultants to ensure that the required follow up occur after the demo consultation
- Be responsible for hitting individual sales/new enrollment targets.
- Communicate continuous timely feedback to the Center Manager regarding center sales/new enrollment performance
- Support center manager to conduct weekly sales meetings
- Encourage best practice sharing within and across center teams
- Support center based and community marketing activities to enroll new learners into A&C English programs.
- Provide leadership to maximize referral-based enrollments

Main KPIs (including but not limited to)
- Individual new enrollment net cash-in sales

Job Qualifications 

  • 2 years minimum sales related work experience with team management experience as a plus.
  • A passion for working with children and their families / caregivers;
  • Strong understanding of parents' needs for their child in education.
  • College degree or commensurate experience required
  • Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

A&C English Customers Relationship Officer (CR ) function as members of the Operations team within a center; The CR is responsible for ensuring the secure check-in and check-out of learners and their parents and creating a safe, engaging and child-focused experience.

- Monitor center stock and supplies levels and place orders from the warehouse and suppliers.

外呼(客服)专员将会辅助我们的中心市场部门进行电话邀约工作,根据公司提供的信息和家长进行沟通,邀约到中心观摩。另外,还会通过电话的形式解决客户问题,并在工作中做到及时反馈,解决问题。


工作职责Responsibilities
1. 接听客户主动来电,为客户提供快速、准确和专业的咨询和服务;
2. 根据公司提供的客户清单,主动联系客户,电话邀约客人到学习中心参观咨询。
3. 积极配合其他部门及中心的工作、解决服务问题、缩短服务周期、提高服务效率;
4. 对客户服务过程中发现的问题及时反馈,并积极提出改进意见和建议;
5. 负责执行客服部其他相关工作,如客户满意度调查

工作目标:对在读学员的续费销售,通过提供高水平的客户服务,与各部门及时有效的沟通,减少客户投诉,保证较高的续读率.

Ensure high retention rate via high quality service.

 

工作内容:

课程管理

与学员及家长保持密切联络,了解学员及家长期望,处理投诉和学员要求。

Communicate with customer; maintain close relationship with customer; understand customer's expectation; cope with customer complaints and their requirements.

及时向家长汇报学员的学习情况。

Give student's learning feedback to their parents in time.
