职位描述:
Key role:
The primary focus of the Global Customer Service engineer is to deliver proactive an d reactive technical support to customers through online & telephone. From a remote location, responsible for resolution, guiding, assisting, advising customers to resolve their critical issues, an d preventing issues through online service & telecommunication. Can be focal point for some critical issues an d works with customer “end to end” throughout engagement
Duties:
1、Delivers proactive or reactive customer services defined in GCS service offerings
2、Serves in technical role for prevention, detection, identification an d resolution of Oracle product-related issues through online & telecommunication
3、Gets involved in any escalated SR that might impact customer’s environment
4、 Assists customers to resolve issues an d interface with BDE(Bug, Diagnosis an d Escalation), development an d upper management if necessary
5、Continues to develop extensive technical knowledge of Oracle products an d their uses an d share it through Oracle Knowledge Management System.
6、Effectively an d accurately communicates complex, technical topics to customers
7、Works with members of global team on a regular basis to achieve team results
