About Citi China

Citi first established an office in China in May 1902, in Shanghai. Today Citi is the leading foreign bank in China, offering a broad product range. On 2nd April, 2007, Citibank (China) Co., Ltd. was officially launched as one of the first foreign banks locally incorporated in China. On 23rd April, 2007, Citibank (China) Co., Ltd. became one of the first foreign banks to offer RMB services to Chinese residents.

RESPONSIBILITIES 工作责任

· To acquire affluent new-to-bank customer through available network and other different channels 

· To achieve monthly sales goal through various sales activities 

· To cooperate with branch and marketing department to develop customers 

· To build and develop good relationship with customers

· 通过面谈及电话销售的方式开发新的银行客户

· 通过各种渠道销售的方式开发新的银行客户 

· 参与分行及市场部市场营销活动 

· 建立及发展良好的客户关系 

KEY REQUIREMENTS 工作要求

· High Integrity

· College graduate or above with 1-3 years’ working experience in sales/banking/insurance field. 

· Good at both oral and written English 

· Able to work independently with good interpersonal and communication skills

· Have strong wish to success even under high pressure 

· Determined, goal oriented and business driven

· 高度诚信正直

· 大专以上学历的（已获得毕业证书）

· 有一定的英语说、写能力

· 独立，进取，有良好的人际关系及沟通技巧

· 渴望成功并能在高压下工作 

· 目标明确， 业务至上
