销售岗位:

Position 1 : Customer Development Representative(CDR)  
Main Responsibilities:
To achieve sale of personal banking products/services at pre-set targets;
To hand over customer relationship properly to their relationship managers after closing sales;
To provide excellent services to customers and ensure all enquiries and complaints are accurately and effectively resolved to customers' satisfaction;
To participate actively in team building activities to share information/ideas while contributing suggestions for work improvement;
To timely prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on sales status.

Job Requirements:

University degree or above(recognized by the state);
Strong interpersonal skills and effective presentation skills;
Well-developed service and sales attitude with ability to work under pressure;
Presentable, outgoing and persuasive;
Good spoken and written English is preferable.

 服务岗位:

  Position 2:Teller 柜员
  Main Responsibilities:
  To do regular transactions including FCY Exchange Inward DD/TT, buying and selling T-cheque ITT arrangement cash advance, DPS operation;
  To reimburse daily/miscellaneous expenses authorized/endorsed by Deputy Manager or Branch Manager; To balance cash at the end of the day and return cash with teller box to cashier;
  To check customer balance, issuing balance certificate and bank reference letter;
  To answer customer's all kinds of requirements and accept their instructions;
  To hand credit cards and pins for customer over counter;
  To prepare report to FCD & SAFE.

  Job Requirements:
  Bachelor degree or above;
  Good command of oral English;
  Good interpersonal skills and strong sense of responsibility;
  Strong communication skills and problem solving skills;
  Commitment to service and sales and willingness to work under a flexible timetable;
  Knowledge of PC and typing skill.

Position 3:Premier Relationship Assistant (PRA)客户经理助理
  Main Responsibilities:
  Help PRO to take care of the customer portfolios.
  Handle back office operations for PROs such as system inputting, faxing, data/report updating, issuing bank certificates, documents filing etc.
  Serve visiting customers when the PRO is occupied and handle simple transactions for the customers.
  Answer customer calls if PRO is not available.
  Answer incoming enquiry calls.
  Follow up referrals from other sources.

  Job Requirements:
  Bachelor degree or above.
  Good command of English.
  Working experience in service/sales industries preferred.
  Self-motivated and teamwork.
  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
