招聘职位：高级软件工程师

公司：某知名美资跨国机械企业（行业排头兵）

招聘部门：研发中心（全球研发中心）

工作地点：天津

招聘对象：数学、工程、可靠性与系统工程相关专业硕士、博士、博士后，建模、模拟仿真、数据库及故障分析经验优先

工作职责：

1. Use mathematical modelling techniques to extract intelligence and actionable information from rich and complex datasets 

2. Develop algorithms to detect, diagnose and predict the onset of failures using AI techniques, statistical analysis and data mining to learn by experience.

3. Help develop end-user software for product health monitoring.

4. Liaise closely with global research groups to develop and apply existing and novel tools and techniques 

5. Generate diagnostic and prognostic intelligence within the rotating machinery domain. 

6. Manage external collaborative projects in liaison with Universities, research Institutes, Industries and Material vendors, with regular updates on project progress

7. Supporting Open Innovation initiatives including  executing  technology intelligence process and  technology road mapping methodology etc

8. Representing COM at international customer forums, conferences etc

9. As appropriate, create / distribute relevant technical information such as bulletins and papers on technologies 

岗位要求：

1. Education:   

l MSc, PhD or strong academic background in maths, science, engineering or equivalent 

l As a member of a Global team, good English communication skills are essential.

2. Experience:  

l typically at least 4 years’ relevant experience in a software Development role
 Knowledge of artificial intelligence techniques such as Bayesian networks, neural networks, graphical models, statistics, clustering. 

l  Software experience including OO (e.g. MATLAB, C, C , Java, .NET)

l Knowledge of laboratory software (Matlab, LabView, or MathCAD)

l Familiarity with interfacing to databases such as SQL Server

l Interest in advanced data-mining and data-analysis for decision support 

l Interest in algorithm design, prototyping and validation 

l  Interdisciplinary communication to forge connections with diverse domain specialists.

作息时间：周一至周五 上午8:30-17:15，周末双休
