Job Responsibilities岗位职责:
l Design parts and assembly of Etch products by using solid works tool 用Solid Works软件设计等离子体刻蚀产品零部件
l Work closely with other departments e.g. Process, Electrical Engineering, Software, Manufacturing, to develop products 与刻蚀工艺、电气工程、软件工程、生产制造等部门紧密合作共同设计开发刻蚀产品
l Test prototype in the Lab 测试设计样品
l Interface with vendors to ensure the quality and delivery of parts to meet product requirements 确保供应商按产品要求交付零部件

Job Responsibilities 岗位职责:
l Perform critical process development or modify existing process formulations according to customers’ requirements 根据客户要求研发关键性工艺或调整现有工艺配方
l Define processing and equipment specifications 定义工艺及设备参数
l Review processing techniques and methods in manufacture environmental 评估工艺技术和方法在生产环境下的实用性
l Participate design requirement review with hardware engineering team to ensure capability and compatibility of processing methods 参与设备设计团队的设计要求审核以确保工艺方法的可行性和通用性
l Collect and evaluate test data to determine hardware limitations for process or material specifications 通过收集和评估测试数据来决定设备在工艺或材料参数方面所能达到的极限
l Conceive, define and plan projects with new concepts and/or new approaches in processing 开发新工艺概念和方法

l Develop KW level and 0.1-100 MHZ range RF power delivery system for plasma etch tools 为等离子体刻蚀机台研发千瓦级别和0.1-100兆赫兹范围的射频功率传输系统
l Design and improve multi-frequency and high power RF matching networks for plasma generation 设计并改进多频率和高功率射频匹配网络，用于产生等离子体
