招聘岗位

 

l  Researcher Intern

l  JD

Researcher要根据所属行业定位, 收集、分析、研究客户的需求，明确寻访方向和重点，做好寻访计划安排

根据职位需求和顾问指引从各种渠道（Cold Call等）找到目标候选人，了解候选人的动态信息

介绍职位及企业，进行简历的初步筛选、电话沟通，确认候选人基本情况；

把候选人推荐给顾问进行沟通、面试，初步整理候选人推荐报告

录入、更新行业人才简历数据库，整理与归档文件；

向客户做候选人面试安排、结果反馈、背景调查及后续跟踪服务；

收集市场信息，研究行业及知名企业发展动向，收集行业内人才信息，建立广泛的人脉关系

顾问安排的其他工作

 

l  Requirements

 

对猎头行业感兴趣。

开朗、聪明一些。有自信，喜欢挑战

良好的英语能力，能胜任英语工作环境。

工作独立。快速的学习能力及沟通协调。优秀的抗压能力。

能通过电话环境快速传递公司信息挖掘客户需求，有电话销售或电话调研实习经验优先考虑。

能够熟练运用office办公软件。

应届生，本科以上（医药背景优先）
