Working Relationships
lInternal – Business unithead, research mid- senior management, research executive, supervisor or otherdepartments relevant managers and staff
lExternal – Paraprofessionalpersonwith key accounts and regular projects coordinator
Projects Research
lConduct market, industry,and company level analysis, research and review
lSupport proposal and reportwriting
lGrasp and understand whatis explained quickly throughout the whole project procedure
lQuick learner and can thinkout of box
lMake PPT charting in askillful and smart way
lProvide sufficient andeffective assistance in research projects to Sr. Executive or Managers onground research work
lOpen to Business travel ifnecessary
Operation Coordination
lCoordinate well withFLD/DP/QC on research projects
lKeep informed well aboutproject status and take ownership for the project
lDo simple costing as perinstruction
Client Service
lComposed, professionalreact to requests and tasks in a timely manner
lCommunicate with internalcolleagues and external clients on projects well in both of English andMandarin

Academic Background
lGraduates or post graduatesof 2014
lOutstanding academiccredentials obtained
lGood command of MS-Office,including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, statistics software acquired is preferred(SPSS, SAP, SAS etc.)
lFluent in both of Mandarinand English
Social Practice
l0-1 year intern experiencein market research, marketing, analysis function is preferred
lOverseas exchange study orintern working experience is a plus
lOrganizer/ key player of schoolsocietiesand social activities is a plus
