HR Intern_Staffing
Location: Shanghai, Caohejing Hi-Tech Park (shuttle bus provided)
Responsibilities:
Perform various administrative and project-related activities in support of HR Staffing team.
Typical duties may include but are not limited to the following:
1. Job advertisements editing and posting to sourcing channels, such as Job Board, internal or external website;
2. Screening and phone interviewing with candidates;
3. Interview arrangement and coordination;
4. Recruiting System (iCIMS) Maintenance;
5. Support Staffing programs such as Campus Hire, Internship Project, headhunter meeting, etc;
6. Assist Staffing team on other assigned tasks;
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, you must be a junior-grade student currently, the third-year graduate or first-year and second-year postgraduate.
2. Major in Journalism and Communication, advertising, languages are preferred.
3. Ability to handle customer relationship management, provide strong customer consultative skills and work in a large team environment
4. PC proficiency in MS office, including Word and Excel
5. Good spoken and written English and Mandarin
6. Proactive, can work under pressure and good interpersonal skills
7. To be honest, self-motivated, and can work independently.
Internship Stipend details as followed (Based on the attendance):
Stipend - RMB100/ RMB120 per working day for bachelor/master students
Meal Allowance – RMB 16 per working day
