招聘要求
JOB TITLE: Research Temp/基础研发3P员工
JOB LOCATION: Shanghai
DEPARTMENT: R&D
RELOCATION TERMS: No
Job Requirements：
1、Support project team for both scientific exploration and product development, including formulation development.
2、 Independently implement experiment, including sample preparation and basic chemical experiment.
3、 Independently operate advanced instruments for material properties measurement and product performance evaluation.
4、 Summarize the results into a brief report and performance simple data analysis.
5、Assist project leader to communicate with both internal and external partners, e.g. 3rd party labs and suppliers.
6、 Review common database (e.g. web and scientific literatures) and propose potential solutions to the team.
Job Requirements：
1、 Basic knowledge on chemistry or material science.
2、 Bachelor in Material Science, Chemistry or Chemistry-related areas
3、Experience in chemistry lab or measurement lab is a plus.
4、 Reliable, cooperative, team player, self-motivated, good communication skills
5、Open minded and willing to face challenge.
