位于南京的福特工程研究中心采购部现增加如下岗位招聘需求：Graduate_Purchasing_Body＆Exterior Commodity Buyer (NJ)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Actively communicate with Ford internal team in program start milestone.
- Gain knowledge from tooling engineering and suppliers for tooling structure awareness.
- Visit tooling vendor plants with engineering to analyze facilities, commodities and capabilities.
- Deeply investigate markets, auto related industries and government policies. Select from local and overseas, reputable and capable suppliers by evaluating all factors.
- Search potential tooling vendors to discuss, investigate and survey for sourcing, delivering and quality improving purpose.
- Implement tooling RFQ & supplier alignment with production supplier and Ford internal team.
- Though sourcing approach and negotiation skill to control tooling cost to program targets.
- Monitor progress of purchasing activities to meet program-timing requirement. Keep management informed for critical situations.
- Resist and settle down economic claim with suppliers for possible saving.
- Monitor and assess application performance, usage, and throughput
- Tactfully correspond with concerned departments and suppliers to secure further pertinent information.
- Develop communications and training material for vendor tooling.
Qualifications & Skills Required
· Bachelor or Master’s degree
· Good communication skills and master of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Excellent English communication skill including listening, writing and speaking
· Ability to work in an un-structured environment (handling different assignment as given)
· Ability to work with other departments to help drive process commonality under One Ford Principles
