瑰泰贸易（上海）有限公司是一家德国的装饰装潢设计和安装公司，总部在德国南部的弗莱堡市附近, 为国际知名品牌在全球的旗舰店和其他零售场所做装饰安装工程及配套服务，包括采购和安装店内的展示家具及道具。我们的客户有很多是全球的知名品牌，如Apple, De Beers, Burberry, Hugo Boss, Mango, Montblant, Vertu, Porsche等等.

瑰泰贸易（上海）有限公司于2010年5月份在上海注册成立，以服务国际、国内的知名品牌。我们的经营宗旨是瑰泰设计，德国品质以及当地化的服务。

我们在国内的业务发展方向主要有两个方面。一方面为知名品牌开发国内的供应商资源，以出口为主。同时我们也直接为国际品牌在中国的运作提供服务。

Project Manager – shop fitting (m/f)

Responsibilities

Realization of luxury shop fitting and refurbishment projects

Technical and commercial project management

Monitoring, planning and supervising site works

Liaison with clients, architects, suppliers and commercial representatives

Ensuring final completion on time, to the clients expectations and to budget

Supervision of all direct and sub-contract staff

Completed technical or business education / studies

Supervision of all direct ad sub-contract staff

Experience

Completed technical or business education / studies

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.)

Good negotiation skills / Assertive

High standards of quality and commitment

Languages written and spoken: English fluently

Calculation of luxury shop decoration projects

Preparation of quotations to client

Tendering the works and negotiation with sub-contractors

Purchasing construction materials

Purchase samples for approval by client

Following-up of projects

Experience

Completed technical or business education / studies

Big supplier- and sub-contractor pool

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.)

Good negotiation skills / Assertive

High standards of quality and commitment

Languages written and spoken: English fluently

GC– Project Manager

Technical realization of customer’s demands.

Change management of Drawings (implement system for filing of changed drawings

Approval of Drawings

Requirement

Bachelor degree in design engineering for industry and furniture design.

Ability in working with AutoCAD release 2000

Ability to assert oneself

Proficiency in metal and wood processing or furniture construction

Business oriented mind set.

Ability to communicate in English (oral and writing)
