1—PLE Momentum
Location: Tianjin, Chengdu, Xinjiang
General Overview:
Provide support for Sales/Engineering/Operation functions while expanding Downhole
Tools knowledge.
Upon completion of program employee should be able to develop, analyze, and test designs
and processes in support of the company’s objectives.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Obtain, recognize and demonstrate relevant Core Competencies required for promotion
·Attend associated training courses for products and services
·Maximize customer drilling and economic performance.
·Collect, Clean, Filter and Merge BlackBox ® and Drilling Data.
·Preliminary analysis of data and report generation.
·Qfocus reporting
·Identify potential Downhole opportunities.
·Provide Tool Run assistance as required (Tools, Bits, Black Box etc. at Rig)
·Provide sales support materials
·Provide TerraSCOPE output as required
·Provide data base support and analysis
·Provide Hydraulics calculations as required
·Behave in a professional and ethical manner in line with NOV corporate policies.
·Comply with Global and Local QHSE policies.
·Upon completion of program:
-Utilize standard engineering calculations related to specific design or analytical
projects
under direction of senior engineer.
-Complete assignments received from supervisor using established design tools and
procedures.
-See project through to completion with assistance of technical personnel.
-Develop accurate and complete documentation of data and project results in a timely
manner.
-Interact with personnel in other departments and disciplines.
-Participate in action plans for new projects defined by supervisor.
-Consistently produce quality work and recommend areas where quality can be improved.
·All other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience：
·B.S.in Engineering/Scientific discipline or equivalent.
·Accreditation from any regulatory professional organizations as required by law.
