Position: Internal Communications (Intern)
Company: Alcatel-Lucent APAC
Location: Shanghai JinQiao (with company shuttle buses)
Duration: at least 4days / week, 6 months expected
Description
INTERN'S ROLE:
Intern is fully responsible for Communications role in Shanghai location, will support communications managers and vice president and responsible for online campaigns, web publishing, social media, and newsletters.
A TASK DESCRIPTION:
ü Working closely with APAC Corporate Communications team and the teams in other countries
ü Ensuring Corporate Communications programs, events and other initiatives are implemented efficiently and effectively.
ü Provide web services such as publishing, editing, layout and design. Responsible for assisting with Intranet content management, providing articles, ensuring content ongoing publishing support
ü Create, manage and maintain the communications calendar.
ü Build and foster collaborative relationships with other groups within the location
ü Help build community engagement with our social media platform (name: Engage)
ü Manage communications calendar and activities
INTERN KEY LEARNINGS:

ü Being effective and efficient yet creative and impactful in web architecture, navigation, publishing, able to work under tight dateline
ü Experience with implementing multimedia communication tools, processes and strategies in a large, knowledge-based organization
QUALIFICATIONS:
ü Good command of English language. Knowledge of multimedia skills will be an advantage
ü Strong at execution: proactive, responsible, consistent and detail-oriented
ü Passionate and a fast learner: enjoy challenges, good at analysis and independent thinking
ü Completely comfortable in an international working environment
ü Technical knowledge in Photoshop Editing and using multimedia supports, such as video camera, video shooting and lighting will be an advantage
