Key Responsibilities:
1. Answer all incoming calls and enquiries
2. Coordinate and monitor administrative activities in reception area and conference room
3. Receiving mails and process samples express, allocate and record the consignment bill
Requirements
1. English major would be an advantage
2. Good telephone and interpersonal communication skills
3. 3 working days/ week at least.
