Purpose:  

Support Footwear Manufacturing Excellence team in the verification of production process of critical products and production processes in adidas-Group supplier factories.

Key Responsibilities:

1.         Review and verify process flow in line with value stream maps.

2.         Collect & review cycle times for all production steps in “cut to box cell” for seasonal top 5 projects;

3.         Analyze potential areas for efficiency improvement by using IE methodology;

4.         Support Kaizen projects for those target models;

5.         Support to build C2B SMV database.

Key Relationships: 

1.         LO / OC production team

2.         Factory ME, IE and Production team.

Requirements:

1.     
Graduate in 2014/2015, major in Industrial Engineering(工业工程) or related science

2.     
Has practical experience in Kaizen(现场管理) / Line Balance(线平衡) / Standard Minute(工时测定)

3.     
Mastery of knowledge of LEAN & industrial engineering

4.     
Excellent communication skills, communicable English(CET4/6 passed)

5.     
Attention to detail,

6.     
Ability to work independently on projects,

7.     
At least 3 working days per week

8.     
Could adapt to frequent  short-distance business trips & working environment in factories

Working Location: Guangzhou office Factories (transport with company shuttle bus every day)
