2014 Management Trainee Programme

Now in its third year, the 28-month Programme combines interactive learning, personal and group coaching, senior management exposure and extensive on-the job training.  Management Trainees are given the opportunity to rotate across various divisions, assigned early responsibilities, and expected to contribute to and have a thorough understanding of the businesses of HKEx Group by the end of the Programme.  Our management is committed to support and nurture these high potential trainees and develop them into future leaders of the organization.

If students are interested in this challenging programme and aspire to be a leader, please submit CV and cover letter to HRMTrecruitment@hkex.com.hk on or before 15th January 2014.  Successful applicants will be invited to sit an online aptitude test by the end of January, with first round interviews taking place in early February 2014.  The Programme begins on 1st September 2014.

Cocktail Reception in Hong Kong

A Cocktail Reception for prospective applicants will be held in Hong Kong on Wednesday 8th January 2014.  The session will include presentations from HKEx’s senior management, and is a unique opportunity to meet and mingle with representatives from all lines of business, as well as existing Management Trainees.
