1.      职位名称: 助理电气工程师 – 硬件设计方向

Position Title: Assistant Electrical Engineer –Hardware Design

 

职位描述

Main Responsibilities:

根据相应项目的设计资料，典型图和设备材料选型进行冶金自动化硬件基本设计和详细设计，包括: 炼钢、连铸、热轧、冷轧和各种处理线。

The metallurgical automation hardware engineering of basic design and detail design according to respective project input information and engineering templates as well as material standards, including steel making, casting, hot rolling, cold rolling and processing lines.

-          硬件设计：即系统设计，包括硬件/设备选型、系统配置、原理图、布置图、表等

Hardware Engineering: that is system design including hardware and equipment selection, system configuration, system drawing, diagram, layout and list.

 

任职资格

Qualifications:

-          电气自动化或相关专业硕士学位

Master degree of electrical automation or related major

-          良好的英文听说读写能力

Good English

-          熟练掌握计算机的应用技能

Good computer skill

-          愿意并且能够承受在国内和国外频繁的较长时间的出差和现场调试工作

Be willing and able to travel in China or abroad frequently，longer time and commissioning on site.

-          熟悉硬件设计优先。

Familiar with hardware engineering is a plus.

 

 

2.      职位名称: 助理软件工程师 – 轧制工艺模型及二级系统方向

Position Title: Assistant Software Engineer – Rolling Process Model and Level 2 System Direction

 

职位描述

Main Responsibilities:

 

冶金自动化轧制工艺模型（PSC/PCFC）及二级系统的应用开发、测试及现场调试工作。

The development, test and commissioning of metallurgical Rolling Process Model （PSC/PCFC）and Level 2 systems.

 

-          软件开发：根据项目需求，开发和完善PSC/PCFC及相关二级系统。

Software Engineering: developing and improving PSC/PCFC and the related Level 2 systems according to specific project requirement.

-          撰写文档：完成模型及软件系统所需的各种文档的撰写。

Documentation: documentation of the models and software systems.

-          测试：同上下游系统一起完成系统各功能模块的测试。

Testing: testing software components together with the upstream and downstream systems.

-          调试：完成PSC/PCFC及二级系统的现场调试。

Commissioning: do on-site commissioning of PSC/PCFC and Level 2 systems.

 

任职资格

Qualifications:

-          冶金或相关专业硕士学位，有计算机专业跨学科学习背景者优先。

Master of metallurgical science or related, multidisciplinary study of Computer Science is a preferred.

-          熟悉轧制理论及实践，熟悉道次表计算模型和板型控制模型。

Be familiar with rolling theory and practice, Pass Schedule Model and PCFC Model is a must.

-          良好的英文听说读写能力。

Good command of English, writing and speaking is a must.

-          熟悉C/C /C#编程语言，熟悉分布式应用，熟悉GUI开发技术，如.NET WPF等。

Be familiar with C/C programming in a distributed operating system environment. Be familiar with GUI development technologies such as .NET WPF.

-          熟悉关系数据库技术，Oracle10g/11g优先。

Relational data base experience utilizing standard SQL, preferably Oracle10g/11g.

-          了解通用的计算机技术，如网络技术，TCP/IP 协议，操作系统安装/配置等等。

General computer system knowledge such as networking, TCP/IP protocol, operating system installation / configuration, is a plus.

-          熟悉Rational Rose和UML优先。

Familiar with Rational Rose and UML is a plus.

-          熟悉C 下的CORBA编程优先。

CORBA programming with C is a plus.

-          愿意并且能够承受在国内和国外频繁的较长时间的出差和现场调试工作

Be willing and able to travel in China or abroad frequently，longer time and commissioning on site.

职位描述

Main Responsibilities:

 

冶金自动化一级（Level 1）控制系统的应用开发，包括: 炼钢、连铸、热轧、冷轧和各种处理线

The application development of metallurgical automation Level 1 control system including steel making, casting, hot rolling, cold rolling and processing lines.

 

-          硬件设计：即系统设计，包括硬件/设备选型、系统配置、原理图、布置图、表等

Hardware Engineering: that is system design including hardware and equipment selection, system configuration, system drawing, diagram, layout and list.

-          软件编程：PLC、TCS、HMI和传动控制的应用程序开发

Software Engineering: the programing for PLC, TCS, HMI and Drive control.

-          测试：程序测试、系统仿真测试、控制柜/箱测试

Test: program test, system simulation test and control cabinet/box test.

-          现场调试：电气自动化设备的安装指导、系统调试（冷/热调）、验收测试

Site Commissioning: the erection supervision for electrical automation equipment, system commissioning (cold/hot commissioning) and FAT.
