职位名称： WTA Sales Support Internship

Reporting to: HOD of WTA China

 

His / Her main responsibilities will be as such

-         Sales order handling and follow up (purchase, delivery, service and invoice requests).

-         Key contact window (coordinator) in WTA team with support function department.

-         Keep in touch with customer(logistic issue), supplier and internal colleagues.

-         Manage the CS documents in hard copy and in soft copy on server.

-         Handling incoming telephone enquiry and/or customers’ issues and forward information to responsible sales or service staff.

-         Assist sales staff in preparation of quotations and contracts.

-         Coordinate with logistics officers closely with customs declaration affairs.

 

 

He/she should also demonstrate the following pre-requisites:

§          good manner with effective communication skills and positive attitude

§          word processor capability

§          proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel/ Powerpoint

§          initiative & willingness to learn

§          good written and spoken English is required

§          independent and good team player

§          knowledge of water will be advantageous
