Job Title: Project Cost Controller
Report to: Head of Controlling Department
Job Task:
- Establishes and updates detailed Cost Forecasts for project.
- Establishes and updates Sales Forecasts for project, and calculates the POC Sales for project.
- Checks the WBS Element structure for project to ensure it is feasible and reasonable. Ensures all project costs have been allocated to the appropriate WBS Element.
- Monitors and analyzes project costs.
- Develops Project Reports related to Cash Flow, Sales/ Cost Forecasts, etc.
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree or above in Finance/Accounting.
- Knowledge and skills of cost analysis and controlling.
- Communicate fluently in both written and spoken English.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel , Power Point.
- Good team player, self initiative and independent.
