【职位需求】
 Customer Service Operator -Temp / 客服-临时员工（深圳）

Job Description:
1.Han dle daily enquires from customers.
2.Update company”s data-base an d follow the settlement process.
3.Communicate with other offices in serving customer need.

Requirements:
1.College graduate; major in International Trade/Foreign Trade preferable.
2.Computer proficiency an d knowledge of software like Outlook/excel/word.
3.Fluent in written & spoken English with CET4 or above.
4.Pleasant personality, customer-oriented with good communication skill.
***This is a temporary position, working period:1 year.***

 

CSD Operator / 客服单证员（南京）

Job Description:
1.Coordinate with MOLIP on AMS issue for TP trade before vessel ETD.
2.Finish booking lock in time after vessel ATD.
3.Arrange vessel/shipment data transferred to overseas offices an d local Customs in time after vessel ATD.
4.Issue/distribute B/L accurately an d timely.
5.Arrange B/L telex release an d B/L switch.
6.Issue C/A an d documentation amendment if necessary; an d inform relevant parties.
7.Deal with inquiry on bill issue with MOLIP, Sales.

Requirements:
1.College Degree Above.
2.Basic knowledge of international trade practice an d shipping documents.
3.No specific request, shipping industry an d international trade experience preferred.
4.Fluent in written & spoken English with CET4 or above.
5.Strictly follow instruction.
6. Patient an d careful enough,customer-oriented with good communication skill
