工作职责描述 Job Description |
1) Assist GM on daily work arrangement, expense claim,communication issues, travel schedule, meeting arrangement and receive important visitors. 协助总经理日常工作安排,处理通讯,费用报销,行程和会议安排及重要来宾的接待工作准备。 2) Responsible for documentation of routine work of GM, registration and file all document. 负责总经理日常工作中的各种文件接收登记分发存档,根据要求做出各种会议记录; 3) Assist GM to communicate with headquarter, responsible for arrangement of senior managers from HQ and sister companies oversees, arrange all kind of senior management meetings. 协助总经理建立与总公司和其它公司的有效联络,安排接待总公司和赫克各分公司的高管来访,安排公司各种高层管理会议; 4) Be a coordinator between General Manager & other departments, General Manager & Management of sister companies, responsible for arrangement of travel and meeting of management. 协助总经理与公司各部门间及海外兄弟公司协调与沟通 5) Assist GM to execute channel management policy and procedure, including agency annual plan, project registration, quotation management and daily contact. Be responsible for learning agency’s work status and needs of support. 协助总经理执行渠道管理政策和流程,包括代理商的年度计划制订,项目报备,价格管理和日常联络;了解代理商的工作状况和诉求,保持公司之间的沟通顺畅 6) Be responsible for monitoring agency marketing plan and assisting MKT dept. to coordinate agent shows, seminar and other relevant activities. 负责代理商市场计划的执行,协助市场部安排代理商的展会,交流会和其他各种活动 7) Be responsible for organizing agent conference and training and assisting MKT dept. to accomplish each event organization. 负责代理商的培训和会议的安排,协助并督促市场部完成各个项目 8) Assist GM to make reports on agency performance and plans of incentives. 协助总经理对代理商工作业绩进行统计,表彰和激励。 9) Accomplish tasks assigned by General Manager 总经理安排的其它工作。 |
