招聘职位：猎头咨询助理(IT/IC行业，汽车/飞机制造业各一名)

岗位职责：

1、准确理解和把握职位要求。

2、根据客户公司的职位描述确定目标公司和候选人。

3、负责候选人的搜寻、筛选和面试。

4、协助高级咨询顾问来控制服务流程的质量。

5、发展、维护和候选人的关系。

6、根据公司的安排完成公司指派的其他任务。

 

岗位要求：

学历要求：大专或以上

性别要求：不限

语言要求：英语 + 普通话

专业要求：理工科专业人士优先

 

任职资格的具体描述：

1、善于并乐于沟通和表达的应届毕业生。

2、做事认真，责任感强，善于学习和交流。

3、英语读写熟练，口语能基本交流。

 

薪酬福利：

薪资构成：基本薪资 + 奖金/提成
