Content of the program:

·       24 months, 4 rotations á 6 months

·       Focus on engineering, quality and manufacturing

·       International plant assignments

Experience:

·       Bachelor or Master degree in mechanical/industrial engineering

·       Fluent English skills, an additional language would be an advantage

·       Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

·       Willingness and ability to learn on the fly
