1. HR Intern for Training
Position Summary:

Support Training team with regular training implementation and other logistics work related.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

 Assist to organize and manage training courses;
 Assist line manager with project or other paper work;
 Manage and update the database;
 iConnect page maintenance;
 Other organizational tasks.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

 Good English in writing, speaking and listening;
 Strong skills in MS Office;
 Be able to handle multi-task and quickly respond to assignments;
 Quick learner, detail orientated, good communication;
 Related experience in MNC is an advantage;
 2nd year graduate student is preferred;
 Guarantee 3-4 working days per week and last for 6 months.

2.IT Intern

IT Intern 职位描述：
岗位职责：

1.安装电脑
2.安装标准化软件
3.分析排除网络故障
4.分析排除操作系统故障

岗位要求：

1、本科及以上学位，最好在信息管理/信息系统、计算机科学、网络工程专业等相关专业。
2、良好的口头和书面英语能力，良好的人际沟通能力。
3、熟练使用各类办公室Windows产品。
4、对Helpdesk（WINDOWS桌面技术支持）有一定 概念
5、动手组装过台式电脑，具备基本网络，AD的基础知识。
6、每周实习3天以上，至少保证3个月,能长时间实习者优先考虑。

3.Internal Communication Intern（图片设计、音频编辑）

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist managers to design posters for internal/external communications ;
- Assist managers to design website graphics;
- Assist managers to plan/edit video clips;
- Assist managers to draft dashboards & reports in English;
- Accomplish tasks on time with high quality;

Qualifications Required:
- Minimum Bachelor degree required,  majoring in Graphics Design, Artwork, E-commerce, English, Engineering or Management;
- Excellent written English ;
- Skillful at poster designing;
- Good at website graphic designing;
- Familiar with video recording and edit;
- Good communication skills;
- A proven fast learner, self-motivated, and willing to take challenges;

4.CSR Intern

• Key Responsibilities:
  
  1. Work with CSR, receive the sales order from customers, check order , then complete order entry;
  2.support CSR to complete contract filing;
  3.Assist team for internal issues;
  
  
• Requirements/Qualifications:

1.  Bachelor degree in related field, such as Trade related, business related, bioscience, diagnostic etc.;
2.  Excellent communication skills;
3.Proficient in both English and Chinese;
4.3days per week,3months.

5. Marketing Intern
Responsibility：
1. look into mass data and do a lot of repeating work.
2.do cold call to verify some information

Requirement:
1, Detailed and patient.
2, Good in communication.
3, Relatively stable. 每周3天，6个月。

6.chemical intern

Responsibilities:
- To handle tests and trails and develop methods of analytical chemistry for analytical instruments.
- To work with multidisciplinary engineers (such as software, firmware, mechanical) and help team delivery product.
- To collect technology and market information in the industry of environmental analysis Instruments, and make systematic analysis.
Requirements:
- Master candidate with background in chemistry, analytical chemistry, chemical engineering or related majors.
- Practical experience with and good theoretical understanding of UV-VIS spectrophotometer.
- Be familiar with analytical instrument operation and basic analytical experiment.
- Some knowledge about analysis of water and wastewater is a plus.
- Good English skills (written and verbal)
- Strong responsibility, self-motivated and initiative
- work 3 days a week and last 6 months at least

7. Sourcing Intern
Key responsibilities include:
1. Working with sourcing colleagues to sort out used orders information.
2. Communicate with vendors to understand their product line.  Collecting and categorizing market intelligence, etc.
3. Communicate with buyers in vendors information, and  summarizing buyers feedbacks, analyzing marketing and competitive information, etc; Maintaining database.
4. Responsibilities could be enlarged accordingly to candidate's skills and performances.

Job Requirements:
University student, majored in chemistry, biology
Ability to work within set time/effort/quality constraints

8. KA-sales Intern（2个）
Key Responsibilities：
Assist KA-Sales for daily job which covers establishing quoting documents in PPOS, goods receiving & check in customer's site, lobby show activities, collating and posting invoices.
协助大客户销售的日常工作，包括在PPOS系统建立和录入产品报价文件、协助销售及客户完成现场收货及点货、lobby show现场活动、整理核对销售发票及邮寄销售发票，等等。

Qualifications Requirement：
1.Bachelor degree or above 大学本科或以上学历
2.Chemistry Major Background, preferential to Analytical Chemistry, Materials Science, Biological or Bio-Pharma 化学专业背景，分析化学、材料科学（高分子/无机非金属）、生物或生物制药专业优先
3.Having some comprehension on lab products or working/learning experience in scientific laboratories 对实验室产品有一定了解，或具有在科学实验室工作学习的经历
4.Initiative and proactive, diligent and hard-working, careful and emphasized on details 积极主动、勤奋敬业，做事认真仔细
5.Skillful in reading & writing English 英语读写熟练

9.Electronic Intern

Key Responsibilities
- Assists with testing, development, and research for laboratory and portable instrumentation.
- Work location: Jinqiao, Shanghai,
- Be able to work on-site min. 3 days per week, fully on-board preferred
- Be core team member in performance / safety / EMC validation program
- Interfaces with operation & sourcing team for evaluation & sourcing communication
- Reports status of projects to design team members.
- Other duties as assigned.
     

Background and Skill Requirements
- Three+ grade university student; major in electronic engineering, Information System, communication, precision measurement, automation or equivalent field;
- Basic operation experience on data acquisition equipments, electronic signal measurement equipments, and electronic lab instruments;
- Basic knowledge of data acquisition and statistical process
- Basic knowledge of electronic components & evaluation principle;
- Basic knowledge of analog & digital circuit design and development;
- Basic reading & writing capability with English
- Capability to use E-CAD design tools is a plus, Altium or Protel preferred.
- Have basic computer skills especially Microsoft Office
- Ability to quickly acquire new knowledge and skills as necessary
