Key Job responsibilities

• Assist faculty in his research/teaching work on managerial accounting
• Assist faculty in his research projects about state-owned enterprise governance, pay and incentives, etc.
• Assist faculty in other work required

 

Job Requirements

• PhD in accounting
• Preferable with 1+ year of research experience
• Excellent Chinese and English reading (& writing) ability
• Familiar with qualitative research methodology or at least one quantitative analysis
• Familiar with office software and other software like Stata, SAS, C++, SPSS
• Familiar with empirical research on accounting and finance field
• Capacity to be flexible, adaptable, and to multi-task, focus, and write quickly and effectively
• Ability and desire to work collaboratively and independently
