Position: Sales Intern

职位：销售实习生

 

Location: Shanghai, Caohejing Hi-Tech Park (shuttle bus provided)

地点：上海漕河泾开发区（提供班车）

 

Responsibilities:

岗位职责：

1.    
Work on customer information gathering/filtering/verification/maintenance

收集、删选、验证及维护客户信息；

2.    
Select product type and provide fundamental technical support

产品选型及提供基础的技术支持；

3.    
Organize the request, release and tracking for sample and catalog

整理需求、发放及跟踪样品和产品目录；

4.    
Data input/update/follow up for the new project; support on the datasheet

数据录入和项目跟踪；

5.    
Customer visit with Sales

和销售经理一起拜访客户；

6.    
Coordinate and arrange meetings, include taking meeting minutes

会议安排和会议纪要；

 

Qualifications:

岗位要求：

 

1.    
Bachelor or master degree

本科或硕士；

2.    
Fluent oral English

英语流利；

3.    
Good skills in Microsoft Office suite – Excel, PPT

能熟练掌握office相关办公软件；

4.    
Good communication skill

良好的沟通能力；

5.    
Outgoing, optimistic, initiative

积极乐观主动；

6.    
At least 3 days/week and long-term internship is preferred

能保证每周至少三天工作，该职位长期提供实习机会；

 

 

Internship Salary details as below (Based on the attendance):

实习薪资以实际出勤日为准：

 

RMB100/ RMB120 per working day for bachelor/master students

实习工资：本科100元/天，研究生120元/天；

Meal Allowance – RMB 16 per working day

餐贴：16元/天
